**Why this role matters**
As a Relationship Executive in our Specialised Healthcare Commercial Banking team, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value, healthcare clients with complex banking needs. You'll be their trusted advisor who understands their goals and delivers innovative solutions to help them grow.
**What you'll do**
- **Lead client relationships**: Manage and grow a portfolio of Healthcare businesses with turnover between $3M - $15M, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice.
- **Drive growth**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your network and referral partners.
- **Deliver tailored solutions**: Use your commercial acumen to structure, negotiate, and execute complex financial deals.
- **Collaborate for success**: Work closely with Analysts, Credit Risk and other internal teams to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Manage risk**: Take ownership of portfolio risk management and ensure high-quality credit submissions with the support of Analysts.
