FutureYou has partnered with a global manufacuring company to search for their next Payroll Officer.This role is part time 2/3 days a week.SALARY - $85,000+ APPROX DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCEBENEFITS:Yearly bonusesGreat salary increases depending on company performance - which is growing Work for a fantasic and close knit teamRESPONSIBILITIESProcess fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.Review and correct payroll reports, adjusting discrepancies as needed.Communicate with employees regarding timesheet issues and payroll inquiries.Coordinate with managers to confirm overtime and production hours.Upload payroll data to the system, ensuring payments are made correctly.Prepare payroll reconciliation and handle back payments.Submit payroll tax and superannuation lodgements to the relevant authorities.Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Assisting with HR administrative tasks, including recruitment (screening, reference checks, onboarding) during non-payroll weeksCRITERIA:Proficiency with Australian payroll systems and regulationsIntermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills (ability to work with pre-designed spreadsheets and formulas).
