What you'll do:
* Lead discovery and needs analysis to shape project scope and objectives
* Engage stakeholders to capture business problems and define requirements
* Develop business cases and initiative documentation
* Collaborate with IT and vendors to analyse root causes and define solutions
* Translate business needs into clear, solution-neutral requirements
What you bring:
* 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
* Strong experience in tech-enabled transformation (Finance/Procurement/HR)
* Proven ability to develop business cases and investment proposals
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems (highly desirable)
