Due to continued project wins, Civlec currently have an opportunity for a highly skilled Civil Labourers to join our team working locally.

About the Role
We’re seeking reliable and experienced Civil Labourers to support a range of civil construction works including roadworks, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks. You’ll be working alongside skilled operators and supervisors on fast-paced and rewarding projects.
Duties Include:
* General labouring on civil construction sites
* Assisting with trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and compacting
* Operating small plant/tools (if ticketed)
* Spotting for machinery and ensuring site safety
* Following instructions and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in civil construction or similar field
* Construction White Card (mandatory)
* Reliable transport to and from site
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
* Tickets such as Roller, Skid Steer, Excavator, or Traffic Control are an advantage
