* Manage daily Human Resource, Occupational Health and Safety and Payroll issues effectively
* Convene regular paediatric inpatient services meetings to discuss key topics
* Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
* Ensure professional standards are maintained, and incidents are reported, investigated, and recommendations implemented
* Promote service planning and continuous improvement initiatives for the unit
* Develop and manage operational plans to achieve organisational goals
* Lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that supports staff development and well-being
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners
