Project Leader Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a project.

This includes planning, engineering, production, testing, and more.

They will work with other project leaders and technical support teams to integrate project requirements, ensuring manpower, material, and resources are available when needed.

* Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget.
* Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, including team members, suppliers, and customers.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.


Requirements

* Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or business administration.
* Professional certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2.


Eligibility Criteria

* Able to obtain and maintain a high-level security clearance.
* Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams in high-stakes environments.
* Experience working with senior leadership and external agencies.
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
* Willingness to undergo training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
