About the role
We are transforming, moving to a cloud first model, modernising and simplifying and you can be part of that!
You will manage technical delivery, lead squads, partner with 3rd parties and internal technical stakeholders to enhance the digital channels experience of our customers.
You will get the opportunity to work with the newest technologies, mentor others whilst also having access to learning and development platforms plus the opportunity to get certified in cloud technologies.

About you
**To be successful in the role you will have**:
You will have strong experience in stakeholder management and a deep understanding of leading technical delivery teams
Proven agile delivery experience with the ability to drive change in a high-tech, volatile development environment
You'll be an excellent communicator with good influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior technology stakeholders and managing partner/ vendor delivery
Ability to think both technically and strategically about how we can simplify, modernise and uplift a tech landscape in an ambiguous environment
A proven track record of successfully implementing large initiatives using Agile methodologies
