Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer assistance via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and emails.
* Manage customer orders, including acceptance and amendments.
* Engage with marketing to address customer queries and complaints on social media and online review platforms.
* Coordinate with logistics teams regarding order tracking and delivery issues.
* Upsell products where appropriate.
* Work collaboratively to meet business objectives and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, professionalism, and initiative. A background in FMCG or Fitness industries is preferred, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
