About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Brand, Marketing and Communications team in a full‐time capacity. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and based at our Support Office in Kelvin Grove, this role is responsible for providing day‐to‐day marketing support to our service line stakeholders as well as supporting the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with internal teams to translate business priorities into effective, multi‐channel marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring tasks and campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, are aligned to audience needs and support Bolton Clarke's strategic and growth objectives.
This opportunity suits a hands‐on Marketer who enjoys managing multiple campaigns, collaborating across teams, distilling insights into actions and delivering meaningful marketing outcomes that make a positive impact for older Australians. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) to produce marketing collateral will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
Key Activities
* Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to translate business needs into effective marketing solutions
* Create clear marketing and media briefs informed by customer insights, research and performance data
* Plan and deliver integrated, multi‐channel marketing campaigns aligned to organisational priorities
* Deliver the annual Marketing Program of Work, ensuring delivery to timelines and budgetsDevelop campaign reporting, including post‐campaign reviews and competitor analysis
* Produce sales, marketing and brand collateral aligned to the customer journey across online and offline channels
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related discipline
* 5+ years experience in a similar marketing role, either in‐house or agency
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
* Demonstrated experience planning, delivering and evaluating integrated, multi‐channel marketing campaigns
* Strong experience across traditional and digital channels (e.g. online, direct mail, radio, outdoor; TV and experiential marketing desirable)
* High‐quality copywriting and content development skills across multiple audiences and platforms
* Proven project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Intermediate‐level skill using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) would be highly regarded
