After 40% growth in the past 12 months, they're now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help drive their next phase of expansion across the Workers Compensation and CTP injury sectors.

The role
You'll be responsible for expanding referral networks and strengthening existing relationships, particularly across the medical sector (GPs, Medical Specialists). This is a highly visible role for someone confident representing a premium brand.
Key responsibilities
* Prospect, develop, and manage relationships with medical and industry stakeholders
* Execute strategic business development plans to optimise sales outcomes
* Manage key accounts and nurture long-term referral partnerships
* Work closely with marketing on sector-specific messaging and collateral
* Represent the business at industry events and conferences
* Deliver professional presentations and contribute to thought leadership
* Monitor competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities
* Achieve financial targets and reporting requirements
What we're looking for
* Track record in business development, account management, or sales
* Resilient, consistent, and able to overcome objections
* Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
* Polished, professional presentation
* Must be based in Sydney or willing to relocate
