About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in APAC. This role will oversee employee relations, guide and support leadership teams, and drive people strategies aligned with our vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and execute a people strategy for Epsilon APAC, including retention, reward, recognition, performance management, L&D, and other people-related initiatives to support business goals and objectives.
* Engage stakeholders to craft a people strategy with measurable outcomes.
* Lead, develop, and roll out people strategies, practices, and initiatives designed in partnership with leaders and teams.
Leadership Team Coaching and Guidance
* Partner with the APAC leadership team to shape future team org design, job design, workforce planning, and key skills and capabilities.
* Coach and empower leaders on designing, building, and developing high-performing teams, including goal-setting, performance management, people development, and reward & recognition.
* Provide professional, business-focused, day-to-day people & culture services, including performance management, grievances, recruitment, annual salary reviews.
Talent Attraction
* Improve organisational culture and EVP to attract, engage, and retain high-calibre employees.
* Build a shared understanding and ownership of purpose, values, strategies, plans, and culture while actively modelling these values and behaviours.
* Partner with stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition and L&D teams, to recruit new team members and build a talent pipeline.
Performance Management and Development
* Manage Employee Relations matters and ensure compliance with company policy and Country employment laws (Singapore/Korea/Australia).
* Drive performance management and succession planning activities.
* Coach and guide leaders to facilitate effective and consistent people management and build management capability.
* Partner with the L&D team to understand org capabilities and future requirements.
Groupe People Programs and Contribution
* Lead and support the implementation of relevant Groupe programs, policies, or operational processes.
* Ensure data quality and control to generate accurate and meaningful people stats, insights, and trends.
* Support the Global Epsilon HR team to develop and implement the wider people strategy.
* Be involved in relevant Epsilon and Publicis Groupe HR people programs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
