Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients by interpreting and responding to their communication needs, health care plans, and mealtime guidelines
* Administer medication, document observations, and promote independence and community participation
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues to achieve service goals

Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services (or willingness to complete/enrol)
* Child Safe Environments training
* Competency-based training in Assist Clients with Medication and Manual Handling
