Are you a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact? Join the Community Nursing team at Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), where your expertise will help individuals live independently, manage chronic health conditions, recover from illness, and maintain dignity in their own homes.
In this rewarding role, you will deliver clinical services including wound care, catheter and continence management and may be required to assist Community Registered Nurses delivering care to palliative clients. About You
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
* Competent clinical skills aligned with the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice.
* Strong abilities in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
