About the Role:
As Retail Manager, you'll lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy, fast-paced environment.

* Oversee stock management, merchandising, staff rosters, and compliance standards.

About You:
You're an energetic, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-moving, customer-centric retail environment.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in retail or team management (experience in pharmacy or health retail highly regarded).
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Confidence managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
* A current or willingness-to-obtain police clearance.
Bonus if you hold an S2/S3 Certificate or prior pharmacy experience.
