Our growing allied health clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and help our front desk run like clockwork.
Front-desk & client care
* Check clients in and out efficiently
* Explain fees, services, and appointment policies clearly
* Handle enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
* Maintain client confidentiality and privacy
Administration
* Prepare daily appointment lists and clinician schedules
* Scan, file, and maintain digital client records
* Manage referrals and correspondence from GPs and specialists
* Order and monitor office/clinic supplies
* Assist with marketing tasks (updating socials, displays, flyers – optional)
Financial & systems
* Balance daily payments and end-of-day reconciliation
* Issue invoices and receipts
* Follow up outstanding accounts when required
* Maintain accurate data entry in practice management software
Clinic operations
* Open and close the clinic
* Ensure waiting area and reception is presentable at all times
* Assist with onboarding new clients
* Support compliance with clinic policies and proced

* Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
