Food & Beverage Supervisor | Patterson Lakes
We are looking for an experienced Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the PLG team at The Cove Hotel in Patterson Lakes. You will supervise the food and beverage department, ensuring all correct policies and procedures are followed and customer service is the highest priority at all times.
The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes. The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina>

What will my duties include?
* Deliver high-quality customer service across all food and beverage areas
* Ensure staff are allocated effectively, responsibilities are clear, and staffing levels are well managed throughout each shift
* Provide consistent on-shift supervision and coaching
* Oversee daily planning, including reviewing bookings, coordinating with the kitchen and management on specials, updating menus and TV slides, and ensuring FOH areas remain neat and organised
* Manage stock and equipment needs, ensuring beverages are well stocked, and systems are operating efficiently
The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
What we are looking for:
* Hands‐on experience working in an F&B environment
* Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the hospitality industry
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
* Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificates
* Ability to lead, motivate and manage staff effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
