About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and proactive team member to join our strata management team, supporting the management of strata properties across Western Australia. In this role, you’ll assist with the day to day management of strata properties, including onboarding new owners, responding to enquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and helping ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and compliant with relevant legislation. You’ll liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and council representatives to support positive relationships and ensure smooth day to day operations.
You will also assist with the employee housing portfolio for our Summit Trades Team employees, which includes conducting pre-inspections, coordinating property requirements, and acting as the liaison between tenants and property managers.
This role is supervised by an experienced Strata Manager, providing a supportive environment where you can grow your skills, gain practical industry experience, and develop a long-term career within the real estate and strata management industry.
About You
You are organised, professional, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You take pride in delivering high-quality service, are willing to learn, and can
follow established processes and procedures. Previous experience in strata management or related administrative roles is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
You enjoy building strong relationships, problem-solving, and helping ensure owners have a positive experience. A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence are required, as you’ll occasionally need to visit properties.
