We are seeking a skilled Channel/Customer Success Manager to drive the success of distributor and customer partnerships by providing tools, training, resources, and strategic guidance. This role acts as a critical bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
The ideal candidate will possess Australian/NZ citizenship or Australian PR. The successful applicant will report to the Head of Customer and Commercial and offer significant growth opportunities as the organisation expands globally.
This is a permanent role based in the Brisbane West End headquarters.
