Regional Administrator – Ipswich
Working within Invoice Team
Salary up to £25k p.a. + bonus!
Monday to Friday 08:30 hrs to 17:00 hrs (1‐hour lunch)
Maximum of 5 Saturdays per year working 5 hrs
We are looking for a Trainee Invoicer/Administrator to join us at our Ipswich site (full training will be provided).
In this role you will work closely with the Workshop Team to collate information from technician job cards and write‐ups, creating invoices for the works carried out. Due to month‐end falling on a weekend, you may be required to work 5 hrs on the Saturday; if it falls on a weekday you will work until 19:00 hrs, then finish the following day at 15:00 hrs.

I am part of a team with a goal who work together alongside dealer points to achieve monthly targets. The team I am part of is very supportive and from the beginning I have always felt welcome.
About You
* Able to work in an organised and methodical manner within a fast‐paced environment.
* Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
* Sound customer‐service skills with the ability to ensure a positive outcome.
* Good level of IT skills.
Key Responsibilities and Skills (Training will be given)
* Translate write‐ups into accurate chargeable items.
* Ensure correct amount is charged for sundries/environmental charges.
* Ensure invoices are correctly coded (Warranty / Contracts / Retail).
* Maximise charges in all areas.
* Maintain a good level of work in progress.
* Perform any other reasonable duties requested via Manager.
