We are currently seeking a highly organised Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join a growing team within the construction industry. This role plays a key part in supporting project delivery by managing customer communication, coordinating administrative tasks, and assisting the wider operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service and act as a key point of contact for client enquiries
* Coordinate and manage project-related administration
* Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records
* Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
* Assist with scheduling, job tracking, and updating internal systems
* Support the team with general administrative tasks as required
About You
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or project coordination
* Experience within construction, trades, or property environments is highly desirable
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
