Job Description
* Coordinate all aspects of exhibition planning and implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Act as the primary interface between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
* Oversee the design, installation, and deinstallation of exhibitions to meet organisational standards.
* Monitor budgets and resources to ensure efficient allocation and cost management.
* Ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards across all exhibitions.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Identify and address potential risks or challenges to project timelines or deliverables.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the exhibition team, fostering a productive work environment.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in exhibition or project management within the Public sector.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of safety and accessibility standards relevant to exhibitions.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving and risk management.
* A background in construction or a related discipline is advantageous.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high‐quality outcomes.
