About the role
Redland Bay Surgery is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to join our close-knit team. As Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our medical practice. This is a casual role based at our modern facility in Redland Bay, QLD.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the practice, including staff management, patient flow, and financial management
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimise practice efficiency and patient satisfaction
* Liaising with healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
* Analysing practice data and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Providing leadership and direction to the administrative team
* Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
* Experience in a healthcare practice management role
* Strong understanding of medical practice operations, including patient scheduling, billing and compliance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
* Proficient in using medical practice management software (Best Practice) and data analysis tools
* Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving practice efficiency
