What your day will look like....
You'll provide direct, comprehensive mental health care in a community setting, including assessment, planning, and case management for adults. Your role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused interventions, mentor colleagues, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Every day, you'll help shape positive health outcomes while fostering a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment for consumers and staff alike.
