Job Title: Workforce Strategist
This is a pivotal role in driving the continued success of our operations, requiring exceptional communication and leadership skills.
The Workforce Strategist will support our diverse workforce of 400+ employees, playing a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant awards and I.R. laws.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in HR management, sound knowledge of contemporary industrial and human relations laws, and strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who can develop and implement strategies to improve engagement and attendance, coach and mentor line managers, and support the implementation of HR information systems.
* Negotiation and management of enterprise agreements.
* Oversee local and international labour sourcing activities.
* Develop and implement programs linked to our strategic business plan across all functions.
* Support internal and external audits.
