About the role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer within our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.
Responsibilities
* Develop and configure Salesforce Public Sector Solutions based solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
* Act as the primary development lead, providing expert guidance and resolving technical complex issues.
* Collaborate with Functional analysts, technical leads and architects to understand and refine requirements to deliver effective solutions.
* Deployment of Salesforce solutions throughout environments.
* Providing guidance to junior developers & technical direction.
* Ensuring adherence to project/sprint timelines and quality standards.
* Conduct regular code reviews and technical assessments to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
* Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
Profile
* Expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
* Proficiency in OmniStudio.
* Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Proficiency in Apex programming.
* Strong integration skills.
* Experience with Azure DevOps.
* Minimum: Salesforce Certification in Public Sector Solutions.
* Core Salesforce Certifications (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1).
* 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions.
