We are a growing NDIS service provider committed to delivering high-quality, compliant, and person-centred supports. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced NDIS professional to support our administration, compliance, and growth activities.
About the Role
This is a casual, remote position suited to someone with proven NDIS experience who is highly organised and confident working independently. Hours are flexible and can be scheduled around your availability, with the potential for additional hours as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with NDIS registration and ongoing compliance requirements
* Ensure adherence to NDIS rules, regulations, and Quality & Safeguards standards
* Support onboarding of new NDIS participants
* Rostering support workers and coordinating schedules
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation for staff
* General administrative support and record keeping
* Contribute to process improvement and business growth initiatives
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience within the NDIS sector (essential)
* Strong understanding of NDIS compliance and provider obligations
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Experience with rostering, admin systems, or NDIS software (highly regarded)
