Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and Improve Project Management Standards: Build, drive, and continuously improve project management practices and standards across development teams, leveraging stage-gate methodologies to ensure consistency and excellence.
2. End-to-End Project Management: Oversee all phases of project lifecycles, from planning and execution to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary project teams encompassing engineering, physics, software, technology, and operations, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and seamless project delivery.
4. Resource and Risk Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks using appropriate tools and systems.
5. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and metrics to ensure milestones are met, outcomes are achieved, and continuous improvements are made.
