About Territory Management Role
The role of a Territory Manager is critical in expanding financial access and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this capacity, you will be responsible for providing management and coaching support to employees in a designated territory within a region.
As a Territory Manager, your primary objective will be to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maintain hardware availability. You will need to effectively manage all territory activities to ensure the delivery of on-site support services while promoting customer and employee satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and supervising Field Service Technicians. Your ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals will also be crucial in achieving success.
You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including NCR Atleos employees and third-party vendors. As a Territory Manager, you will need to be able to travel as needed based on business requirements and adapt quickly to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relations: Develop and maintain working relations with key stakeholders, advise them on service delivery, and respond to customer opportunities and issues in a timely manner.
* SLA/HW Availability Performance: Monitor SLA performance against targets, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
* People Management: Ensure effective communication, positive employee relations, and teamwork within the territory.
* Financial Management: Manage expenses, physical assets, and service parts, contributing to the review and revision of parts inventory levels.
* FSC Coordination: Collaborate with FSC Service Coordinators to manage SLA and HW availability performance, escalate service delivery issues, and optimize resource utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary education or related technical disciplines in Business Administration
* Equivalent experience or combination of education and experience will be considered on an exception basis
* Previous experience as a group, team, or project leader; other supervisory/leadership capacity in technical services or support is preferred
