**The Heart of the Role**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Provide quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Coordination of laboratory work, including pouring models
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery, recall management
**What you'll bring**:
- Experience working at a local Australian practice
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about dentistry/patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
