We're recruiting for a purpose-driven allied health provider delivering outreach occupational therapy services across the Top End. Based in Darwin, this role offers two flexible contract options: permanent full-time for local clinicians, or a 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO model for OTs across Australia. You'll support NDIS and aged care clients through functional assessments, therapy planning, and home modification recommendations, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
* Deliver in-home functional assessments and therapy plans
* Recommend and facilitate home modifications and assistive technology
* Work collaboratively with physios, speech therapists & social workers

* Qualified OT with full AHPRA registration
* Willingness to travel and work in remote NT communities
* Confidence working across physical, neuro, and lifespan caseloads
* Familiarity with NDIS and aged care frameworks
* Open to both early-career and experienced OTs

* $95K-$15K + super + 1,000 PD allowance

Part-Time Occupational Therapist - Bulimba

The Role:
* Part-time position : 1.5 days per week (with scope to grow as caseload increases)
* Caseload : Primarily community-based with some in-clinic sessions
* Client Base : Aging population under Home Care Packages
* Duties : Home modifications, equipment prescription, assistive technologies, and comprehensive assessments
* Travel : Home visits across Brisbane (up to 40km from Bulimba) - own vehicle required (reimbursed per km)
* Start Date : Immediate start available
* Location : Bulimba, Brisbane QLD
What's on Offer:
* Hourly Rate : $45-$8 per hour + Superannuation
* (equivalent to 89,000- 95,000 FTE)
* Supportive multidisciplinary team - includes a chiropractor, remedial massage therapist, and practice manager
* In-house PD and mentoring
* Bonus system in development
* Clear pathway to increase hours as caseload builds
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Strong experience with community clients and home-based care
* Confident with home modifications, equipment/assistive tech prescriptions, and thorough assessments
* Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
