We're looking for a Finance Support Systems Analyst to join our team in St Marys, NSW – someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology.
In this role, you'll troubleshoot issues, manage system upgrades and implementations and ensure best practice use of our finance systems.Be the bridge between Finance and IT, supporting teams with efficient, accurate and secure tools for financial data, reporting and compliance.

Build a future.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & SupportProvide day-to-day support for finance systemsAct as first-line support for user queries and technical issuesMaintain system configurations, master data and centrally managed tablesEnsure data integrity and monitor daily system runs, interfaces and reconciliationsAnalyse and resolve issues in dealer portals, transit accounts and legacy systemsReporting & ComplianceSupport month-end and year-end close processesGenerate and support financial reports, dashboards and audit dataProvide documentation for internal/external audits and ensure SOX complianceAlign systems with accounting policies, statutory and regulatory requirementsProjects & ImprovementsIdentify system gaps and propose enhancements in collaboration with ICTDocument and validate business requirements for changes and upgradesCoordinate system testing and share solutions with users post-implementationParticipate in finance projects, data migrations and process automationCollaboration & TrainingWork with finance, operations and IT teams to improve productivity and accuracyMaintain user access controls and support segregation of duties reviewsDocument workflows and create training materials for end-usersDeliver awareness sessions and ongoing user supportExperience RequiredBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems or a related field5+ years of experience in a finance systems support or similar roleHands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, FIS AFSolid understanding of finance and accounting principlesFamiliarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Qlik, Excel) and knowledge of financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP) are highly desirableUnderstanding of financial compliance standards and regulatory frameworksStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindsetHighly organised, detail-oriented and focused on accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlinesProactive, flexible and customer-focused approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbout UsCNH is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers.
