We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, following health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods like live music nights.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a qualified Chef.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and hygiene practices.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
* Passion for food, creativity in cooking, and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Available to work a rotating roster including weekends.
