What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor jobs to guarantee timely completion and high-quality results
- Schedule work based on customer needs and workshop capacity
- Conduct quality control and perform final inspections before vehicle collection
- Explain technical issues clearly to customers and stakeholders
- Guide and support apprentices and technicians to help them grow
About You
- Experienced Workshop Controller, or a qualified Technician ready to step off the tools and into leadership
- Robust understanding of workshop workflow in a busy environment
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, process-driven, and always looking to improve outcomes
