We are looking for a
Maintenance Coordinator
who will work in partnership with the Business Manager to take responsibility for the college's maintenance of buildings, fixtures, fittings, gardens, and grounds. You will lead a small team, supervise staff and contractors, and be able to work independently when required. This role involves outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks, supervising manual work, and ensuring safe operation of grounds, sporting areas, and buildings.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with day-to-day maintenance, refurbishment projects, and compliance.
Lead a small team and manage work health and safety initiatives.
Supervise staff and contractors performing manual work on campus.
Ensure safe operation of grounds, sporting areas, and buildings.
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to meet scheduled maintenance priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Hands-on practical skills in maintenance and building management.
Experience coordinating maintenance teams and projects.
Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks.
Current working with children check (WWC) and national police certificate preferred.
