Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks according to spec
- Rinse, wash, polish, and put away glassware
- Restock fridges, clean bar, and pack down at end of service
- Interact with bar top customers
- Prepare batches, bar prep as needed
- Run food, transparent tables, and otherwise assist floor staff as possible
