Main Responsibilities
* Take overall responsibility for the quality and integrity of data from F&B operational systems across Australia including but not limited to Product, Pricing, Recipe, Discounts, Tenders and Reporting Groups
* Implement and maintain Group data standards and reporting hierarchies
* Menu Management working closely with culinary experts and commercial teams to implement new promotions and products on time.
* Support analysis and improvement of COG's (Cost of Goods) by highlighting data inaccuracies or gaps.
* Support and manage the implementation of large data driven projects (such as SAP HANA)
* Understanding of ETL Processes
* Develop and manage the Data team within Australia
* Develop and maintain a robust system for collecting, integrating, and managing POS data from various sources such as Point of sale, online ordering systems, kitchen display systems, and Self Ordering Kiosks across Australia and NZ.
* Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of POS data collection processes.
* Manage a team to gather menu requirements for new restaurant openings ensuring all POS Key and inventory information and data is setup prior to opening.
Inventory Data Management
* Maintain an efficient inventory management system including the setup of new products, cost center setup.
* Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure accurate data is provided prior to mobilization of new restaurants.
* Identify and address inventory discrepancies, such as variances between physical counts and system records.
Data Quality Assurance
* Establish and enforce data quality control measures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of POS and inventory data.
* Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data management systems and tools.
Team Collaboration and Leadership
* Collaborate with multiple departments across Asia Pacific including but not limited to Finance, Digital & Technology, Commercial
* Train and educate new team members within the Data Team on data collection templates, data entry standards, and best practices.
Project Management
* Good understanding of project management methodologies
* Good understanding of the project lifecycle
* Prior experience implementing enterprise level systems within F&B or Hospitality
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management systems, and data management tools.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of Oracle Simphony or SAP HANA would be beneficial.
