Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise performance
* Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
* Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive growth strategies
* Identify opportunities to expand market share and enhance profitability
* Oversee stock management and promotional campaigns
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive or RV dealership industry
* Strong business acumen and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Strong leadership, management and team‑building skills
* Extensive background in sales with strong problem‑solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
