The Senior Manager, Investment and Portfolio Planning plays a critical role in ensuring the SA Housing Trust (the Trust) delivers key elements of the SA Government Housing Roadmap. The role acts as custodian of the Trust's Strategic Asset Management Framework and is accountable for the delivery of asset strategies, planning and analysis to ensure the Trust is positioned for future housing delivery and continues to mature its asset management system.
Providing professional, efficient and timely state-wide asset management, portfolio planning, urban planning, asset strategy and property development services and advice. The role will work collaboratively with leaders across the organisation, including leaders accountable for each stage of the asset lifecycle within the Property Services division, along with leaders in Customer and Services, Finance and Partnerships and corporate support divisions.
Special Conditions
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
Some intrastate and interstate travel will be required as part of the role.
Role Status
Short term contract up to 12 months.
Requirements
Desirable - Tertiary qualification in business, real estate, land economics, development, valuation, urban planning or equivalent
