Job Overview
Retail Award Level 4 position (incl. weekend penalty rates) – casual position across two Bendigo Op Shops.
Location: Bendigo, VIC, 3550.
Rostered 3 to 7.6 hours, 9:00am to 5:15pm, 7 days per week, public holidays.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate volunteers and daily operations of both Op Shops.
* Apply creative flair to create visually appealing and contemporary shops.
* Deliver positive customer experiences, high-level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management.
* Achieve sales targets and celebrate Uniting's culture.

Base salary $28.12 per hour + casual loading + super and weekend penalty rates (if applicable).

Skills and Experience
Passion for fashion and charity retail, flair for visual merchandising.
Experience in cash handling, register operations, closing procedures, and supervising a team or working independently.
