About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable data, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Processing large volumes of invoices and Credit notes.
* Maintains data in related payment, reconciliation and accounting systems with integrity and accuracy.
* Completes payments, related journals, account reconciliation and reports for major suppliers
* Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities
About you
* Previous experience in full function high volume Accounts Payable role (preferred not essential)
* Possess sound ability with Intermediate level of MS Suite
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication skills and a professional and courteous manner
* Attention to detail
