Responsibilities

- As a Corporate Receptionist at JLL, you will serve as the primary representative for Amazon Australia and act as the Administration & Facilities primary point of contact for ANZ Operations, delivering exceptional first impressions and workplace experiences through comprehensive front-of-house services.
- Manage ticketing systems and coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings, setup, and conversions in line with Event Management SOP.
- Oversee pantry management, order weekly snack, fruit, and beverage supplies, and maintain kitchen and pantry areas.
- Assist local GREF management during high-volume periods and support the facilities team with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain Site PO Trackers, capture pantry spend accurately, ensure financial processes are followed, and assist with invoicing.
- Conduct facilities inspections and raise issues via Corrigo in a timely manner, and facilitate vendor/contractor inductions when required.
- Report EHS matters on site and assist in carrying out safety procedures to ensure a safe working workplace.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in corporate reception or front-of-house customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality.
- Ability to interface effectively with members from all organizational levels and the public.
- Administrative skills with experience in meeting coordination, scheduling, and basic financial processes.
- Customer service excellence with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks including pantry management and facilities coordination.
- Understanding of workplace safety procedures and EHS reporting requirements.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems, scheduling software, and basic office technology.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in facilities management or workplace services.
- Experience with Amazon or similar corporate environments.
- Knowledge of Event Management SOPs and room setup/conversion procedures.
- Familiarity with Corrigo or similar facilities management systems.
- Understanding of vendor/contractor induction processes.
- Experience with budget management and PO tracking systems.
- Knowledge of KPI and SLA management in service delivery environments.
- Background in office relocation support and hands-on practical assistance.
