About The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work side-by-side with the Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences, every shift, every guest. You'll help build team culture, drive performance, and make sure every guest walks away satisfied (and maybe with a tub of tabouli in hand).
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager's trusted partner
* Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart
* Training and coaching staff for growth and efficiency
* Delivering consistent, top-tier customer service (and feast-worthy food)
* Managing rosters and team scheduling
* Helping hit KPIs and supporting financial performance
* Ensuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on point
* Staying ahead of stock and making sure the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out
About You
* You've led teams in a QSR setting and know what good looks like
* You bring a calm, confident leadership style that earns trust
* You're passionate about food, people, and great service
* You're a strong communicator who lifts others up
* You're comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* You've completed (or are happy to complete) your Food Safety Supervisor certification
