Cleaning Site Supervisor – Figtree
Securecorp is looking for a hands-on, driven Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead operations at a key retail site in Figtree. This is a full-time leadership role where you’ll take ownership of service delivery, support your team day-to-day, and play a key part in maintaining high standards across the site.
You’ll work closely with an experienced Business Manager who will support your success while giving you the autonomy to lead your team and make the role your own.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and coordinate daily cleaning operations to meet contract requirements
* Manage, support, and motivate a small team to deliver strong performance
* Train and coach team members to maintain high standards
* Monitor stock, consumables, and equipment to drive efficiency
* Build strong client relationships and handle queries or concerns professionally
* Complete reports and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
* Respond to general, scheduled, and emergency cleaning requirements
* Maintain a safe, positive, and professional work environment
* Support with general administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
* At least 3 years’ experience in a cleaning supervisory or management role
* A confident, supportive leadership style with the ability to get the best out of your team
* Strong understanding of service delivery and performance expectations
* Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and machinery (preferred)
* Solid computer skills
* Good understanding of workplace safety and chemical handling
* A current driver’s licence
* A valid police check issued within 6 months (or willingness to obtain one)
