The ideal candidate will have a background working in a trade/plumbing business.About the RoleSilver Water Plumbing is currently seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable staff member to fill an administrative role for customer service & operations support in a full-time capacity.
You will be working from our brand-new office space in Yennora which is only a 5-minute walk from the local train station.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you can expect to be highly involved in operational administration, customer service support and attending to customer enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering customers\' enquiries via phone and email by applying your friendly and engaging interpersonal and communication skills.Dealing with incoming and outgoing phone calls.Interacting with customers and conducting payment collections.Helping the Office Manager with administrative support and dealing with various other parties.Following up on quotes when requiredTalking with plumbers on the road about job requirements and expectations.Providing requested reports to management.Data entry and file creation via our internal CRM system - Service TitanWhat\'s on offer?
