We are seeking a skilled professional to join our rehabilitation team. This role will be based in Adelaide and involves working at least three days a week in the office. As a rehabilitation consultant, you will be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to protecting and promoting the possibility for everyone, helping clients thrive through effective rehabilitation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build trust with clients and establish collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
* Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury, collaborating to problem solve and achieve safe and sustainable recovery
* Conduct thorough assessments, including Vocational, Pre-Employment, Activities of Daily Living, Workplace, and Ergonomic evaluations
* Manage cases and reporting while traveling to clients and working flexibly from home or the office
Requirements:
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist
* Registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation (AEP)
