They are now looking for a Land Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in delivering this commitment.Your New RoleYou can be a key driver in securing land and negotiating contracts for a portfolio of impressive renewable energy projects.
As the 'on the ground' face of Turnbull Renewables, you'll be able to:•develop and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities and community stakeholders•conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and due diligence to ensure land suitability for projectsnegotiate and secure land agreements, leases, easements and rights-of-way with landowners•engage with the broader business, engineers and environmental specialists to support project development and execution•manage land acquisition budgets, timelines and deliverables.You'll be able to work from home, based in the Hunter Region, frequently travelling around the Hunter Valley to project sites, as well as occasionally traveling to the Sydney office.
