We value flexibility, approachability, accountability, collaboration and integrity. We look for people who are sensitive and adaptable to clients’ personalities, cultural backgrounds and home dynamics, and who align with our values.
Right About You! Program
Right About You! is our employee communication, recognition, wellbeing, perks and discounts program. It connects, recognises and supports Right at Home people wherever and whenever we work, bringing our values and culture to life through eCards and rewards. Caregivers access discounts at over 400 Australian and international retailers, with offers that can be used alongside sale prices. The program also provides wellbeing resources, videos, recipes, and tips to support physical, financial and mental wellbeing.
Caregivers can also stay connected with their local office team and colleagues through the news stream and by sending a quick recognition message to peers.
