Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by creating memorable experiences with every customer interaction.
* Maintain store presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
* Process transactions efficiently on the point-of-sale system.
* Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators by consistently providing styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in similar fashion retail or customer service roles, with a strong sense of personal style. They should be passionate about creating magical moments during the festive season and connecting with customers through a unique shopping experience.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to all areas of work, an eye for detail, and a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising. The successful candidate will also have exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfilment, as well as a genuine alignment with our values and desire to contribute to our company's success.
The selected candidate will be required to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer service, working throughout November to January, including extended trade hours, weekends and public holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
