Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support for the organization's network infrastructure. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting issues, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
Responsibilities include resolving incidents in a timely manner, analyzing root causes, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
* Network monitoring and incident response

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience with Cisco technologies (CCNA/CCNP)
* Technical knowledge of Citrix SD-WAN, FortiGate, and Meraki
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* ITIL Foundation certification advantageous
