This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, with a focus on developing essential skills in both AR and AP functions.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable (AR) Intern: Assist with receipting and processing payments.
Support the team in making collection calls and following up on outstanding invoices.
Participate in credit reviews and analysis of customer accounts.
Help with reconciliation of accounts and ensuring accuracy in records.
Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and resolve issues.
Accounts Payable (AP) Intern: Perform data entry of invoices and payment requests.
Assist in processing supplier payments accurately and timely.
Support the reconciliation of accounts and maintain up-to-date records.
Help manage FX currency exposure and ensure compliance with policies.
Engage with suppliers to address any inquiries or discrepancies.
Qualifications: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
No prior experience is required; we are looking for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
